A commitment to our residents’ physical, social, and emotional well-being is the top priority at all RUI communities. Whether in Residential Living, Assisted Living, or Inspiritás – Memory Care, nursing services can be designed to meet individual needs, including individuals and/or couples with differing care needs. During our Nursing Evaluation, we determine each resident’s care level based on physician history and physical reports utilizing our assessment program and the State of Virginia Universal Assessment Instrument (UAI).
All service plans are regularly reviewed and re-evaluated by the nursing staff and are highlighted by individualized assistance and freedom to make daily choices. Attending physicians are available on the premises, as well as Physical, Occupational, and Speech therapy and Rehabilitation services. Plus, for added safety and peace of mind, our Licensed Nursing team is on-site 24 hours a day for our residents.
