The RUI LIMITLESS Internship Program focuses on the development of college students. Through LIMITLESS, our interns impact the lives of seniors by providing purposeful living. LIMITLESS is an eight-week program that allows students to gain hands-on experience in the field of senior living.

We are a Legacy company. Our owners, the Fralin and the Waldron families, have created communities focused on customer service and giving our residents the lifestyle they have earned and deserved. Our interns contribute to the RUI Legacy by working in our communities and completing a summer-long legacy project. They present their legacy project to members of RUI’s Executive Leadership team. Upon completion of LIMITLESS, selected interns will receive a full-time offer. This program is an incredible opportunity to train the next generation of RUI leaders!
