In this 30 minute class, the second in a series of three lectures, certified yoga instructor Jean Thompson will help participants understand the six major typologies of yoga. She will also explain the stages of yoga to help participants understand how preparation in the early stages centers and grounds participants to produce harmony in subsequent steps. Finally, Jean will demonstrate how the benefits of yoga include rest and reflection.
