Legacy Healthcare’s team of therapists offers a weekly class targeting all areas of wellness. Regardless of their health and physical abilities, older adults can gain a lot by staying physically active. Even if you have difficulty standing or walking, you can still exercise and benefit from it. In fact, in most cases, you have more to lose by not doing anything. Physical activity is a great way to have fun, be with friends and family, enjoy the outdoors, and maintain your independence. Older adults also gain substantial health benefits from regular physical activity, and these benefits last even into old age. Please join us for sessions designed to improve your endurance, upper-body and lower-body strength, flexibility and balance! Legacy also provides a Health Talk or conducts a Therapy Event on a monthly basis.
