This fascinating course focuses on different sorts of “Newsworthy Topics” Each month, through lecture, discussion trivia, and short videos, Jerry Grossman brings intriguing topics to participants in this course. July’s topic is, “America’s Most Important Decade, the 1940s" Why was this decade so crucial to America? As you'll see, that decade changed the world forever more. In August, join Jerry for, "One Hour of Nothing but Good News" An all-new, hot-off-the-griddle presentation of uplifting, feel-good news. If you're attending to hear any bad news, you're in the wrong room. You'll feel better about our world at the end of the hour. Followed in September by “Eyeball to Eyeball, President Harry Truman vs. Douglas MacArthur" a battle between two spirited men, each convinced they were right about America's future in Asia.
