This semester, take a road trip across the United States of America by attending our Cross-Country Cuisine course. Through these classes, you will experience the diversity of American cuisine with a taste of Louisiana, Texas, North Carolina, Georgia, Pennsylvania, California, New York, Illinois, and Maine. Learn how food reflects the unique culture of each state. All of our culinary classes are taught by our expert RUI Executive Chefs and include a delicious tasting, so be sure to invite your friends and family to class to learn and enjoy!
