Take a trip around the world and experience culture through food. In our Global Cuisine course, you will learn about a country’s geography, history, and a significant dish. Executive Chef Abdo and his team of culinary professionals will prepare a local dish for participants to take right before your eyes. The countries we will be exploring this semester include Italy, France, Germany, Mexico, Japan, and India.
