To be kind to others, we must start by being kind to ourselves by living a healthy and balanced life; this means engaging in intentional self-care utilizing the framework of the nine dimensions of wellness. In what feels like a blink of an eye, self-care has become a 10-billion-dollar industry. This course will help us get back to the basics. Self-care spans multiple dimensions, and by taking care of ourselves holistically, we can show up each day reflecting kindness and making intentional choices that cultivate an environment where we can thrive.
