In this 60-minute interactive presentation, you will learn simple techniques for reducing stress, improving sleep, and enhancing your overall well-being - like mindfulness, breathing training and more. We will discuss why it is important to take a holistic brain-body approach to your health. We will then do a fun demonstration of POWERBRAINing, so you can experience the profound impact these simple exercises can have on your health and happiness. If you choose to participate int he demonstration, we recommend you wear comfortable shoes. We will conclude the presentation with a question-and-answer period.
