Improve your Brain & Body - Part 1: Fall Prevention:

In this 60-minute interactive presentation, you will learn how your brain processes information, and how POWER BRAINing can help lower your risk of having an accident. We will discuss why training your brain and body at the same time is the best way to prevent a serious injury. We will then do a fun demonstration and POWER BRAINing. If you choose to participate in the demonstration, we recommend you wear comfortable shoes. We will conclude the presentation with a question-and-answer period.
