An interactive workshop to show attendees all about what water and the lack of it does in our body, why many people do not drink sufficient amounts of it and how to apply simple tricks to optimize water intake. Dehydration is one of the most common preventable medical conditions in the world, and it affects millions in the US. It is also the most common fluid and electrolyte problem among older adults.
