While these floor plans will give you an idea of the apartments at Paul Spring, we encourage you to visit and see them for yourself. You will be surprised at the spaciousness - even in the studio apartments.

Sizes are approximate. Floor plans for each individual apartment are available. Pricing schedule is dependent on room size, location in the building, and level of care for each resident.

All apartments include:

• Full kitchen
  - Stove and oven
  - Full-size refrigerator
  - Garbage disposal
• Windows located in every room; curtains included
• Either shower or bath tub available
• Emergency call system in the Bathroom and bedroom
• Plush carpeting
• Resident controlled air conditioning and heating in each apartment
• Large amounts of closet space
• Balcony (limited apartments)
• Barrier-free apartments available to residents in wheelchairs
