Paul Spring is a retirement community providing a comprehensive and comfortable environment for seniors who want to enjoy their retirement.

Residential Living
Levels of Care This program is designed for residents who require no nursing services.

Residential Living includes:

  • All utilities (with the exception of cable television and phone services)
  • Social, recreation and wellness activities including our exercise program
  • Professional management and maintenance services
  • Emergency call system in each apartment
  • Access to "The Club" reserved for residents in this program where a complimentary continental breakfast is served daily
  • Housekeeping and linen services available
  • Rental includes choice of lunch or dinner daily
  • Van services available

Custom Care
Levels of Care Residents can customize their daily care, including nursing assistance, based on their individual needs.

Custom Care includes:

  • All utilities (with the exception of cable television and phone services)
  • One meal per day in the dining room; meals can be added for an additional cost
  • Weekly apartment housekeeping
  • Weekly bed and bath linen changes
  • Local transportation through our van service
  • Social, recreation and wellness activities, including our exercise program
  • Professional management and maintenance services
  • The following services can be added a la carte as needed:
    - Additional Meals
    - Personal Laundry Services
    - Diabetic Medication Management
    - Bathing Assistance
    - Assistance To and From Meals

Assisted Living
Levels of Care This program is designed for residents who need a helping hand with day-to-day needs, such as bathing, dressing and medication management.

Assisted Living includes:

  • All utilities (with the exception of cable television and phone services)
  • Social, recreation and wellness activities, including our exercise program
  • Professional management and maintenance services
  • Emergency call system in each apartment
  • Three meals per day in the dining room
  • Escort to and from meals
  • Professional management and maintenance services
  • Bathing assistance
  • Medication administration
  • Assistance dressing and undressing
  • Assistance with grooming and hygiene
  • Escort to and from in-house activities
  • Trash removal from apartment
  • Bed making and linen changes as needed
  • Personal laundry weekly
  • Incontinence management
