When Billy, my husband, got sick and was unable to care for our home, we followed our daughter to Richmond, Virginia. We are thankful for the comfort of resident friends, for freedom from household chores, for meals that have been thoughtfully prepared, for freedom from maintenance problems for recreation, if wanted and most importantly, that we are in a facility where sound spiritual principals are adhered to and which seem to permeate through management and residents. I often think of how unwise it would have been to have waited longer in making our decision to move, and how very disastrous it can be for persons to delay making such a move. Bess and I, when making our decision to move, decided to look upon it as a new adventure with new opportunities. It was a very wise decision, and has been a time span of our lives that has brought many rich blessings.” “I have lived at The Towers for four years, and this is my HOME. I love my spacious one bedroom apartment overlooking a beautiful garden area with a large Gazebo. My apartment has four closets with much storage room. The residents are friendly and I have found many good friends here. They are my extended family. The administrative staff is excellent making residents feel safe, secure and cared for. We have a beautiful dining room serving good, nutritious food. The Towers is not a huge complex, but a smaller friendly community near churches, restaurants, hospitals, and shopping centers meeting all of my needs.”
