Levels of Care
The Towers offers Independent Living, Assisted Living and a Memory Care program. Independent and Assisted Living offer studio, one bedroom or two bedroom apartment options. Assisted Living includes the apartment rental plus a Personal Care Plan with help from our nursing staff for daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, walking or taking medications. Personal Care Plans are available in four different packages or residents can choose the services they need and pay for them individually.
Independent Living
This program is designed for residents who require no nursing services and is based on a recent History and Physical plus a nursing assessment done at the time of admission. Independent residents have a choice of three apartment sizes – studio, one bedroom and two bedrooms.
Independent Living Apartment Rental Fees include:
- All utilities (except phone and cable)
- Social, recreation and wellness activities
- Professional management and maintenance services
- 24-hour Emergency call system in each apartment
- Scheduled Transportation
- Convenience of an on-site salon
- Convenience of on-site therapy
- WellAWARE™ Monitoring System
Independent Residents can choose to add meals, housekeeping and laundry service and/or medication management, as desired.
Assisted Living
For assisted living, The Towers offers four levels of care and three apartment choices: studio, one bedroom and two bedrooms.
Assisted Living Apartment Rental Fees Include:
- Three meals a day in our dining room
- All utilities (except phone and cable)
- Weekly housekeeping
- Linen and personal laundry service
- 24-hour emergency call system
- Social, recreation and wellness activities
- WellAWARE™ Monitoring System
- Convenience of on-site salon
- Convenience of on-site therapy
In addition to the above amenities there are four Personal Care Plans available
Personal Care Plans offer the following services:
- Dressing
- Grooming
- Escorts to meals and activities
- Daily reminders for meals and activities
- Medication management
- Incontinence care
- Transferring assistance
- Toileting
- Bathing
Memory Care
The Towers devotes an entire section of the building called "The Pavilion" to seniors with impaired memory. Residents with memory impairments enjoy all the benefits of full assisted living, as well as additional staff supervision and safety precautions.
The Pavilion has its own nurse station, activity room and common living area, and individual apartments within the area are modified for safety. Seniors who are no longer able to live by themselves will benefit from the extra supervision and the interaction with our caring staff. They assist in such tasks as bathing, dressing, taking medications and other daily needs. The staff also emphasizes individualized social, recreational and educational programs designed for memory impaired individuals.
The Pavilion fees include:
- Private studio or one bedroom apartment
- Three meals per day

- Specialized activities and recreational program

- Bathing assistance twice per week
