Deb and I would just like to express our gratitude for the services you and your staff have provided over the last two and a half years for my mother. As her health deteriorated over time, and unfortunately her personality along with it, your staff showed tremendous professionalism and compassion both to her as well as our family. It was such a relief to us to find a caring environment to handle her needs that we were unable to provide for her ourselves, and have no doubt that without all of your staff's care we would not have had her with us as long as we did. Our family always felt welcomed whenever we came to see her and we were always kept appraised of her condition and any problems that arose. It certainly was reassuring that we could continue with our daily lives knowing that she was safe in what she grew to consider "her own home."

I know Deb especially will miss seeing everyone there - she and grandkids enjoyed visiting with the staff whenever they came in to see mom. If the situation arises in the future that we might need a facility such as yours, please know that we will be in contact and hope you will be able to assist once again.
