Levels of Care
Bay Lake Retirement and Assisted Living Community is an innovative retirement residence. Choice and freedom are evident from the beginning. At Bay Lake, you choose from a studio, one-bedroom, double suite, or an apartment within the "Garden", our special needs program. You then pay a reasonable monthly rate, dependent on the level of care. Remember, there are no entry fees to join our community.
From each window, there are breathtaking views overlooking a golf course and community park. Bay Lake provides a secure and enjoyable living environment to meet individual needs while promoting independence and self esteem through a supportive atmosphere.
Basic Assisted Living option:
Includes one of the Activities of Daily Living (ADL's) listed below
- Bathing
- Dressing assistance
- Medication monitoring and assistance
- Personal laundry services
- Assistance to/from meals and activities
- Assistance with personal management of incontinence
Bay Lake Assisted Living Plan Plus option:
Includes two or more of the Activities of Daily Living listed below
- Bathing
- Dressing assistance
- Medication monitoring and assistance
- Personal laundry services
- Assistance to/from meals and activities
- Assistance with personal management of incontinence
Special Needs Program option:
Includes All of the Activities of Daily Living offered in a specialized area emphasizing social, recreational, and educational programs designed for individuals with special needs, whether physical or memory impairment.

The Garden at Bay Lake
Bay Lake devotes an entire section of the building called "The Garden" for seniors with special needs. The staff emphasize social, recreational and educational programs. The residents are free to move about and go outdoors into a courtyard with a sense of safety and security.
Seniors who are no longer able to live by themselves will benefit from the helpful staff. They assist in such tasks as bathing, dressing, administering medications and other daily needs.
